Rez Day Mini-Hunt! Today Only!
On my profile, SL will tell you my Rez Day was August
1, 2008. That *is* the day I first logged into SL, so quite right. But *I* think
of my *real* Rez Day as being August 8, because I took that first week to just
look around, learn how to use the interface, explore and consider whether or not
I wanted to even bother with this virtual world thing. In my explorations, I
found an AKK horse that I immediately fell in love with, then realized if I were
going to own a horse, I'd reasonably have to provide some land for it. So on
August 8, I gave SL a bunch of money, then sussed out some land in Porcupine where I
could rez my horse, and my Second life was truly born. (That first week was
simply gestation.) ;)

Femboy Hunt has begun!
You don't need to be a femboy or male or even be of uncertain gender to enjoy the Femboy Hunt which has just begun and lasts only to the end of the month. Take a look at the L$2 prizes you can find, then check out the list of hints and SLurls and get to hunting!
The prize at Sterling Artistry is this unisex Orientation Key necklace. Choose from a menu of 17 orientation and gender symbols (From the typical M-F/F-M to Other, with many variations between), and display your selection in a choice of 11 metallics (gold, silver, copper and titanium plus a rainbow of colors, including black). A great way to make a subtle statement.

July Goodies at Sterling Artistry!
What's up for July way up in the sky?Well, for starters, you can nab the upgraded & expanded Daily Eyes for over 20% off (only for a limited time, only inworld).
Daily Eyes are in the new generation eyes (Mesh, Prim & System) which are menu-driven for 7 preset eyeball sizes plus fine-tuning, to fit avatars from micro/Petites to giant/Colossal and everything in-between. The menu also provides a selection of 4 iris sizes and 2 glow levels.

Second Pride Festival has begun!
Sterling Artistry is pleased to be part of Second Pride Festival 2013, which is open until June 23. A lot of new goodies were created in theme for this event, and I'll make several posts this week to highlight them. All the festival items are offered with discounted prices, so it's a good time to catch a great bargain on these new items. There are also a couple gifts in the Sterling Artistry Second Pride Festival shop free for the taking, plus a hidden hunt prize (scroll down for a preview)!
The new jewelry released for the Festival is not strictly LGBTQ, but should find appeal with a wide variety of genders/orientations. I find I'm really enjoying building and scripting jewelry, so you'll be seeing a lot more of it coming from Sterling Artistry.
The Yin-Yang Medallion necklace is scripted for 8 color changes, to coordinate to your mood of the moment or whatever you're wearing. The Rainbow Yin-Yang necklace (and the matching earring set) are scripted for 11 different metals, including silver, gold, titanium and copper, plus a rainbow selection of metallic colors and also black metal.
The "orientation series" of Chained Charm Mouthies need no scripting to look great. Pick a symbol that best expresses your flavor of orientation and wear it with style.
Also, don't miss the festival's Rainbow Road treasure hunt, which utilizes an interactive HUD. Hunters will visit each participating vendor and search for a hidden star. Group Exclusives: Sterling Artistry SterlingResin Eyes (01) are everyday, realistic designs with a small touch of romantic sparkle within them. These eyes are made for members of the Sterling Artistry Group, and one must be a member of the group to obtain them.
SterlingResin Eyes come in 72 delightful colors (with system, prim and mesh versions) that are/will be available (at varied release times) in 6Packs or individually. In addition to being exclusive to group members, SterlingResin Eyes are deeply discounted. (There'll be another post coming along to show these off.)
